The Entrance
A custom pivoting steel door opens onto a pond water feature, then a floating staircase up into the main level. Entire walls of custom minimalist glass retract, so the living space, the deck, the infinity-edge saltwater pool, and the Pacific read as one continuous plane.

Each bedroom is a full suite with its own five-piece bath, and each window frames both ocean and jungle. Spanish anti-slip tile throughout, electric shades, and an LED system that changes the whole character of the house after dark.

A gym, cold plunge, steam room, and sauna. A lounge and bar with billiards. A 360-degree infinity pool and a ten-person jacuzzi finished in imported Indonesian stone. A sunken fire pit seating fifteen. The kitchen runs Invisacook induction with double stainless refrigerators.
How It Was Built
Furniture was custom made in Costa Rica and Bali, with fabrics chosen specifically for this climate — a detail that matters more here than buyers expect. The roof is standing-seam insulated steel. Gardens run inside as well as out, including a second-level atrium.
