The House
Deep roof overhangs carry the living space outdoors, so a good share of the square footage is covered but open. Inside, living, dining and kitchen share one volume under vaulted teak ceilings, with large-format stone tile underfoot. The sliding glass walls are sealed units rather than open-air screens, which means the house holds its air conditioning without trading away the view.
