The Architecture
Blue-tinted perforated roof panels filter the sun and read against the ocean horizon. Teak louvers and translucent panels handle the rest of the light. A central atrium is suspended over the pool, and a wooden bridge crosses a bamboo grove to reach the sunset-view corridors. At night the house glows from inside.
Living Spaces
Five bedrooms and five and a half baths, including two master suites on separate wings — each with a private balcony, en-suite bath, and an outdoor jungle shower. Living, dining, and lounge areas run together and open onto the pool terrace, jacuzzi, firepit, and barbecue.
The Pool
A 24-meter infinity lap pool cantilevered over the mountainside. Panoramic ocean the whole length of it.
Systems and Grounds
Full solar with battery backup. The community has a main electric gate and the house has its own gate behind it. Planter boxes cascade vines down the façade into the central atrium, and the gardens are planted in native and endemic species chosen to rebuild soil and draw wildlife — hummingbirds, butterflies, macaws, bats. Stone paths run through them.
Location and Terms
Ten minutes on foot to the beach and the surf, and minutes from Dominical's restaurants and waterfalls. The house is a proven rental — roughly $200,000 gross in its first year. The seller will consider up to $1M in Bitcoin and offers owner financing with 60% down; ask me for terms. The adjacent property, two separate one-bedroom units each with its own small pool, is also available.
