The Pod Layout

The Main House

Solid block construction, and a recycled-plastic roof that cuts the noise of heavy rain and carries a fifty-year warranty. A 5,000-liter water tank and a 23kW propane generator that runs the entire house rather than just the essentials. Sonos throughout, an automated security gate with video and audio you can check from anywhere in the world, and a full alarm system.

The Carport

Room for four large vehicles, and sized so that it doubles as very nearly a full pickleball court. There is also an air-conditioned bodega for beach gear, tools and storage.
